Reconcile in five minutes a week

With the bank feed connected and Autopilot on, most payments file themselves. What is left takes a few minutes, once a week.

1. Home → the Money card. It only shows when something needs you: payments waiting, or a statement due. The first few are right there with Accept (for a suggestion) or Ignore. Press Review … in the deck for the rest. Can't see the Money card, or it isn't showing on your Home screen? Then nothing is waiting for you: it comes back on its own when a payment needs you.

2. The review deck shows one payment at a time and who it looks like. Tap ✓ Accept, Pick owner to choose someone else, or Ignore if it is not a client payment (a bank fee, a transfer of your own). ↩ Undo last takes back the one before; Open as list shows them all at once.

3. Check Autopilot. Side menu → Reconciliation → Autopilot. The switch at the top files every match at or above your trust level on its own; the slider beside it sets that level (90% to start). Lower it and fewer come to you; raise it, or switch Autopilot off, and more wait for you.

   

4. Remembered payers. Each payment you accept teaches BarkBus that payer, so their next one files itself. Reconciliation → 🧠 Remembered payers lists them; Forget one that was learned wrong.

5. Fix a mistake. Open the owner → Billing & balance. On the payment, Reassign… moves it to the right owner and Unfile sends it back to the queue. A deposit that is not a client payment at all: open it in Reconciliation and press Ignore deposit.

That is the week. A payment pays off the owner's oldest charges first, not a particular invoice.
