BarkBus is a trading name of Tim and Lu Limited. These terms cover use of the barkbus.app marketing website. Using the BarkBus app is covered by the app's Terms of Service, which you agree to when you create your business in the app.
Using this site
You can browse, read, contact us, and subscribe to our newsletter. Please don't scrape, abuse the contact form, or attempt to break things.
Information accuracy
We try to keep pricing and feature descriptions current, but they can change. The terms that apply to a subscription are the app's Terms of Service.
Liability
This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by NZ law, Tim and Lu Limited isn't liable for loss arising from your use of the website itself. (The BarkBus app's liability terms are in the app's Terms of Service.)
