Scope
These terms cover use of the barkbus.app marketing website. Paid customers of the BarkBus app are covered by a separate Customer Agreement signed during onboarding.
Using this site
You can browse, read, submit a demo request, and subscribe to our newsletter. Please don't scrape, abuse the contact form, or attempt to break things.
Information accuracy
We try to keep pricing and feature descriptions current, but they can change. The terms that apply to a paid subscription are the ones in your Customer Agreement.
Liability
This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by NZ law, Cromwell Canines Ltd isn't liable for loss arising from your use of the website itself. (The BarkBus app's liability terms live in the Customer Agreement.)
Governing law
New Zealand law. Disputes in NZ courts.
