Is the first month really free?
Yes — every tier, every feature, no card on file. Set up your company, import your dogs, run your first week. After the month, pick a plan or your account pauses — nothing gets deleted, and you can restart anytime.
What's different between tiers?
Capacity only — how many vans you run and how many active dogs you have in a week. Every feature, unlimited logins, the onboarding screenshare, and priority support are the same on every tier.
How does billing work?
Automatically. Every dog a handler picks up becomes a charge on that customer's account — no spreadsheet, no Sunday-night tally. Upload your bank statement and the AI matches payments to owners. One-click accept, ignore, or reassign.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan includes a 75-minute onboarding screenshare with Tim.
Can I bring my data in?
Drop in screenshots of your old system — a Google Calendar event with your pack list, a Google Sheet, MyTime, Acuity, a photo of a paper list — and the AI builds your roster. You review and tweak. Or just add by hand on the way through.
Can I move tiers later?
Anytime, in either direction — same data, same dogs, no migration. We'll prorate.
