Mark a day the business is shut

Company → Closed days → pick the date, add a reason, and choose whether it blocks boarding, runs, or both. Closed days show on the Planner calendar with a hatched cell and a red "Closed" tag.

"No boarding" is enforced — owners can't book over it. "No runs" is a label: it never deletes a run or stops one being recorded, so marking a day closed after the fact can't destroy work already done.
