Mark a dog away

Planner → the day → + Exception → Away, or the dog's own profile. A range is one exception, not one per day.

Owners can also mark their own dog away in the owner app. After the company's same-day cut-off it becomes a request the team approves or declines rather than applying immediately, so a dog can't vanish off a van that has already left.

Away weeks are charged at the company's spot-hold rate — Company → Pricing.
