Change what a team member can see or do

Company → the person's row → Edit access. Each feature is None / View / Edit. None hides it entirely.

Below the feature list is Whose runs: "All vans" (the default) or "Their van only". "Their van only" limits the Daily run screen to the van that person is driving that day — their own list, without the rest of the team's pickups and without other households' addresses.

Admins bypass all of this and always have full access; demote to handler first if you need to restrict someone.
